If you’ve been to a BodyPump class over the last year or two, you’ll know Cascada. They’ve been featured on a number of releases:
57 - Back - Everytime we Touch
61 - Back - Miracle
63 - Squats - Truly Madly Deeply
66 - Back - What Hurts The Most

The common theme here… Back. The funny thing is, if you have a listen to their new album, pretty much every track sounds like a perfect back track!

Check out: What Do You Want from Me (Club Mix)
Quick Single and Triple Row warmup, break, 3/1 Deadlifts, 4 * Clean & Press, Triple Rows, etc… It’s amazing, the choreography writes itself :)

Another great one would be a better timed remix of Because The Night.

I quite like the whole Euro Dance sound, so i’m looking forward to more from them.

It does bring up the question though: Did they get jealous of E-Type (Featured very heavily in the 40’s and 50’s) ? ;)

Which Cascada song do you want to hear on an upcoming BodyPump release ?

PS: Did you know that you can suggest a song for any of the programs on the Les Mills website ?

Anyone who likes pumping to Cascada should also check out Swedish DJ Martin Eriksson, aka E-type, who has been a regular inclusion in Body Pump programs (also back) for a number of years. His first inclusion was for tri-ceps, however, on Body Pump 36. Just like Cascada, E-type is high-energy Euro-pop at its very best.

Absolutely!
Back in the day when Michael McSweeney was program choreographer, we saw E-Type a lot. They have the perfect sound for a back track.

Keep your eyes open for BodyPump 67… You might see E-Type make a return.. Keep it to yourself though ;)

La Bouche - Be My Lover would be a better choice. Nice high energy eurodance.
